You need the following ingredients:
– 1 bottle Silvaner or Riesling
– 80 grams of sugar
– 5 lightly crushed cinnamon buds or one cinnamon stick

– 1 star anise
– 1 separated vanilla bean
– 2-3 bay leaves
– 150ml white wine
