THOSE STEREOTYPES, WE HEARD THEM ALL, HAVEN’T WE? STILL, TODAY WE INTEND TO SUBSCRIBE TO ONE, AND AT THAT, WITH PARTICULAR DELIGHT: GIRLS LOVE BIG CITY BUZZING IN THE WAY OF „SEX AND THE CITY “. BECAUSE IT IS ALL ABOUT LOVE TALK AND PHILOSOPHIZING ABOUT THE OTHER SEX, ISN’T IT? BUT ALL THIS LOVE AND SEX TALK ONLY WORKS WITH THE RIGHT DRINK. SO, TO FULLY SUBSCRIBE TO THE STEREOTYPE, WE RECOMMEND HAVING A PINEAPPLE COCONUT CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL. AFTER ALL, ISN’T WHAT ALL THE GIRLS SEEM TO LOVE BUT THE SWEET, YUMMY LUXURY…
This fruity-creamy champagne cocktail is the hip version of the famous Pina Colada and should be on the list of any party cocktail menu. Because it perfectly blends pleasure with savoir vivre. Every sip will evoke images of vacation on paradisiacal islands and sweeten your and your friends’ moments. While the champagne contained in the cocktail ignites you with a lush and vivid spark, the brandy in it not only sets you optically but quite literally on fire inside of you. Pine It – Burn It – Sip It – Zzysh It.
Ingredients (measures for 1 cocktail)
– crushed Ice
– 1/5 cup of pineapple juice
– 1/8 cup sugar syrup
– 1/5 cup of coconut milk
– 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine of choice (we used Bottega Gold)
– a shot of brandy
Fill your glass with crushed ice and cut the fresh pineapple into small pieces. Pour pineapple juice, sugar syrup, and coconut milk into the glass.
Open the bottle champagne of your choice and top up your glass. Mix all of it in the glass with a straw.
Decorate your glass with the small pineapple pieces and a peppermint leaf. Pour a bit brandy over it and ignite the fire right in front of your guests.
The champagne “Bottega Gold” contained in the drink is one of the more classy and expensive ones. In other words, it would be a sin to lose its fine and long lasting perlage while it is waiting for its turn in the next round of cocktails.
After all, champagne without the typical prickling feeling would be like “Sex and the City” without Carry Bradshaw and Mr. Big. Both can be consumed without it but they would only be stale versions of the original. That is why we recommend you always seal the bottle with our zzysh® champagne bottle stopper, to keep the bubbles inside.
For the perfect summer look:
Before starting with the preparation, dip the rim of your glass first in sugar syrup and then into coconut flakes. The glass rimmed with coconut and syrup will give your cocktail the final touch and serve as a perfect summer decoration. Cheers!
